Golf Classic 2009 Tuesday May 26th

This years golf classic will take place next Tuesday 26th May at The PGA National in Palmerstown House.
This years event will be a shotgun start at 12pm and to ensure everything runs smoothly and to minimize delays we are asking all teams to arrive by 11am for registration.
Range balls will be provided to those who wish to avail of some practice before hand.
Teams will then be able to enjoy a light brunch in the clubhouse before teams head off to their various starting positions at 11.45am.
Staff from the PGA and RACE will be on hand at all times to provide assistance and guidance.
Please note that all teams will have the use of golf buggy's on the day.
Directions :
The PGA in Palmerstown House is located just off the N7 in Johnstown outside Naas. From the south take the exit after the Johnstown garden centre on your left and take the first left again at the roundabout and the entrance to the PGA is about 200 yards on your right.
If you are coming from the north then exit the N7 at the Johnstown exit and go around the roundabout and back over the bridge and take the first left at the next roundabout and again the entrance to the PGA is about 200 yards on your right.

10.30am to 11.00am Registration.
11.00am to 11.45am Brunch & Practice on range.
11.45am Team golf buggys proceed to starting holes
12pm Shotgun start (Golf competition* – Stableford
Best 2 scores par 4's/5's & best score on par 3's)
Longest drive & nearest the pin competitions
Leading lady prize
Halfway - Hot snack provided on the course
6.30pm Four course meal & wine
After dinner entertainment
Results and Prizegiving with spot prizes
*(N.B. – soft spikes only , Non GUI H/Cap limit 18 men , 26 ladies)
